4ThePlayer
The studio behind 5 Wild Buffalo 3
Their Buffalo Thunder and Boosting Fortunes mechanics get the full treatment on the 5 Wild Buffalo 3 bonus features page.
Company History
4ThePlayer was set up in London in July 2018 by Andrew Porter, previously Casino Content Director at Playtech, and Chris Ash, who founded Ash Gaming. The studio picked up a UK Gambling Commission licence in 2019 and distributes through Yggdrasil's Game Server Masters programme and Relax Gaming's Silver Bullet.
The Buffalo series is one of its recurring runs. This third instalment keeps the 1,024-ways engine and the fusing Thunder Stacks from the original, then adds the five-tier Boosting Fortunes meter and the Double Buffalo symbol that appears in Free Spins.
The studio's reputation is built on big, visible mechanics rather than quiet drip-feed wins — full-reel stacks that compound with each other, prize ladders running from 8x to 5,000x. It took the EGR Innovation in Slot Provision award in 2022.

Why 5 Wild Buffalo 3?
5 Wild Buffalo 3 earns its place in the 4ThePlayer catalogue on a two-engine design — Boosting Fortunes keeps five prize meters moving while Buffalo Thunder chases the 10,000x tail. At 96.04% it holds a friendlier return than most games reaching for a five-figure multiplier.
